Firmen müssten heute immer öfters für sich werben, um die passenden Bewerber zu bekommen. Die Lage auf dem IT-Arbeitsmarkt bleibt weiter angespannt, auch wenn im letzten Semester rund 50.000 Studienanfänger ein Informatik- oder technischen Studium begonnen haben. „Weniger als die Hälfte der Studienanfänger schließt am Ende auch das Studium ab. Hier muss etwas verändert werden“, sagte Stephan Pfisterer, beim Branchenverband Bitkom für Bildungspolitik und Arbeitsmarkt zuständig.

Angesichts des Fachkräftemangels müssten sich IT-Unternehmen auch für die älteren Fachkräfte öffnen, die bislang schlechte Chancen bei der Jobsuche hatten. „Arbeitnehmer bleiben länger im Beruf, sie müssen am Ball bleiben, um für die Unternehmen attraktiv zu sein“

Gäbe es tatsächlich einen Mangel an IT-Fachkräften, hätten die Gehälter explodieren müssen, erklärt er. Sind sie 2012 aber nicht. Und ebenso wenig in den Jahren davor.

Für ihre Studie hat die Gewerkschaft im vierten Quartal des vergangenen Jahres 2012 rund 32.000 Beschäftigte der Computerindustrie nach ihrem Gehalt gefragt. Die Ergebnisse wurden zum Start der Computermesse Cebit in Hannover vorgestellt.

Die “Neue Zürcher Zeitung” spricht von einem “Steuerdiktat” der Großmacht USA. Die großen EU-Staaten wollen den automatischen Datenaustausch nun also zum Standard für Europa machen. Die Letzte, die sich dagegen offensiv wehrt, ist die österreichische Finanzministerin Maria Fekter von der Österreichischen Volkspartei. Sie sprach in Dublin von “einem Angriff auf das Bankgeheimnis”, das in Österreich Verfassungsrang hat. Der vorgeschlagene Datenaustausch führe “zu einem Datenfriedhof”. “Es ist besser an der Quelle zu besteuern”, so Fekter. Österreich erhebt – allerdings anonym- eine Quellensteuer auf Zinseinkünfte.

July 24: Tito backs down from family plot targeting Michael’s will. “I completely retract my signature from the July 17th letter sent to the Executors of my brother Michael’s estate and repudiate all the claims made against them,” he said in statement. “I don’t want any part of that letter whatsoever.” Meanwhile, T.J. Jackson, Tito’s son, plans to seek temporary guardianship of Michael’s three children.

July 24: Michael Jackson’s brother Marlon breaks down and walks off during an interview while talking about his mother Katherine’s whereabouts. “We’ve been told our mother is safe,” Marlon tells The Insider while sitting alongside brothers Tito and Jackie. “She’s doing well. But we have not spoken with her. We have not talked with her and I don’t know where my mother is.” He proceeds to storm off tearfully.

July 25: Following an emergency court hearing in Los Angeles, Katherine temporarily loses custody of her three grandchildren. Michael’s nephew T.J. is appointed temporary guardian after Paris and Prince consent to being in T.J.’s custody in the absence of their grandmother.

In the past social media has been viewed as a personal medium for chatting and meeting freinds online, however over the last couple of years there has been a growing number of socially aware marketers building social real estate in order to market to their followers.
